01Who we are

The controller of personal data is TBS Digital (“we”, “the controller”) — the brand under which we provide software development, mobile app, and automation services. For any matter concerning data protection you can reach us at office@crowe-tm.md [optional contact address].

02What data we collect

We collect only the data we need in order to respond to your requests. Specifically:

• Contact / estimate form data: name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, the selected project type, and the automatically generated price estimate.
• Technical analytics data: if you consent, our analytics pixel (statistica.tbs.md) collects aggregated data about your visit — pages viewed, device and browser type, and referral source. This is first-party analytics, not advertising.
• Admin panel session data: access to the internal panel uses a token stored locally in the browser (localStorage), not a tracking cookie; it does not concern ordinary site visitors.

03Why we use the data

• To respond to your request and communicate with you about your project.
• To prepare a personalised offer or price estimate.
• To understand, in aggregate form, how the site is used and to improve it (only with your consent).

04Legal basis

• Your consent — when you submit the contact form and when you accept analytics cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest — to respond to incoming requests, communicate with prospective clients, and keep the site secure and operational.

05How long we keep the data

We keep form data for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards during which business discussions may continue. When the data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Aggregated analytics data is kept for as long as needed for statistics and does not identify you individually.

06Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We disclose it only to the extent needed to respond to you:

• Telegram — when you submit the form, we receive a notification with the request details through the Telegram messaging service, which we use as a processor for internal notifications.
• Infrastructure (hosting) providers that operate the servers on which the site runs and the data is stored, under confidentiality obligations.
• Public authorities — only where the law requires it.

07Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage that are essential for the site to work and, with your consent, an analytics pixel. Full details, categories, and how to manage your consent are described in the Cookie Policy (/cookies).

08Transfers outside the country

Some of the providers we use — for example Telegram, for notifications — may process data on servers located outside the Republic of Moldova. In such cases we ensure the transfer benefits from an adequate level of protection, in line with Law no. 133 and GDPR principles.

09Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• The right to access your data and information about how we process it.
• The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• The right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”).
• The right to restrict processing.
• The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), datepersonale.md.

10How to exercise your rights

You can write to us at any time at office@crowe-tm.md to exercise any of the rights above. We will respond within the timeframes set by law. To protect your data, we may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.

11Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure — including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), a strict content security policy, and restricted access to stored data.

12Minors

Our site and services are aimed at companies and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. We will publish the revised version on this page, with the update date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
